1. Set up a new plan for your company, and coordinate the asset management, reporting,
and administration.
2. Roll over your existing Plan to a new one, or take over the investment management function of
an existing Plan.
From your employee census data, and an initial consultation with you, we’ll work with our network of pension specialists to compare the benefits and costs of a “Safe Harbor” pre-approved prototype Plan versus an individually architected Plan.
We’ll present you with a plan illustration enabling you to “check underneath the hood” to see exactly what you’re getting and what you’re paying for it. That way, you make an informed decision based on your cost-benefit analysis. We accommodate Cross-Tested, New Comparability, 401K Combination, and the new Cash Balance Plans.
Believe it or not, it’s easier to rollover an existing Plan during the middle of the year – rather than at January 1st, since account activity will be temporarily suspended during the transfer process, and the month of January is devoted to Plan reporting.
